Where can you find it?

Accessing the My EE app is actually super simple. If you have an iOS device, just head to the Apple App Store and search for ‘My EE’. The first app that appears will be the correct one. If you have an Android device, head into the Google Play Store and search for ‘My EE’. Download the first option. If you own a Huawei or Honor device without Google Services, you can search the above in the App Drawer.

How do you register?

Before registering, you are going to want to download the My EE app. You are able to register through the online portal but the app will keep you logged in.  All you need to do from here is select the register button and fill out the required details. This includes tour name, email address and chosen password.

You will need your email address and password to log in. From here, EE will send you a confirmation email and you will need to verify your email address within 24 hours. If you don’t do this within 24 hours, you’ll have to go through the process again. Once this is down, you are all ready to go ahead and use the My EE app!
